The shelter also includes a dining/living room a small commercial kitchen, a library, a computer room and office space for the shelter support staff.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;The shelter is super-insulated, the windows are triple glazed, the lighting is controlled by occupancy sensors and timers, all of the lighting is extremely efficient including a number or LED fixtures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;All of the finishes are basic but durable. The project is Phase I of a 3 phase renovation/addition.  Phase I includes 14 classrooms, a 38 seat auditorium, and a technology classroom.  All of the classrooms are equipped with state of the art Smart Boards, video projectors, speakers and wifi.  &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The project also includes a new plaza terrace and monumental stairs at the front entry.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Miller Hall was originally constructed as the campus dining hall in 1963 and over the building's lifetime has also served as the student center, the administrative center of the campus and as a fitness center.  Phase 2 of the project will relocate the Library into the building and add 3 new classrooms. Phase 3 will add the Learning Center and 3 additional classrooms.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;When all phases of the project are complete, there will be 19 classrooms, an auditorium, technology classroom, library with 4 group study rooms, a student lounge, archival display space and a learning center.
